NOW IS THE NEW FORTIES

Our client wanted to update the look of his newly-acquired 40‘s Mediterranean bungalow. It posed a special challenge in regards to keeping true to the architecture, not only of this specific home, but of the neighborhood.

We enjoyed working within the boundaries to create a contemporary landscape of drought-tolerant plants and trees and home façade. We first selected a cool and calm palate of plants and paint colors for the home. We accessorized the overall story with new garage door, front entry, street numbers, lights and Rocky Mountain fixtures to create this complete look.
